About

Lag in the golf swing isn’t something you hold — it’s something you deliver.

In this video, I use a hammer drill to show how real lag is created by moving wide to narrow in the downswing — not by forcing wrist angles or trying to “hold lag.”

By feeling the weight of the hammer, you’ll learn:
• How lag forms naturally as the club works closer to the trail shoulder
• Why casting happens when the arms throw from the top
• How the elbow, forearm, and wrist work together in the release
• How to create speed and compression without flipping the clubface

The hammer gives instant feedback.
