About

How to fix a stuck golf swing — if your lead side stays high, the club gets trapped behind you and you get stuck in the downswing. This chest covers the ball drill fixes it.
Getting stuck is a body problem, not an arms problem.
Step 1: The fault — in a stuck swing the lead side stays high and the club gets trapped behind you
Step 2: Put an alignment stick through your belt loops for instant feedback
Step 3: Think 'chest covers the ball' — chest on top of the ball through impact
Step 4: Let the lead hip move down and around instead of sliding
