We bought this boat for roughly US$15,000. But the purchase price was only the beginning. This boat came with a stern drive that needed work. We knew that going in. What we hoped would be a three-day job turned into a week of seized pins, a rusty U-joint and late nights.

In this episode of Worth the Refit?, we tackle the repairs, add up the costs and find out whether doing it ourselves was worth the money and effort.
