About

On September 30th, 2022, Coast Guard Crews in florida were sent out to rescue people stranded in the middle of Hurricane Ian. As time kept slipping away, residents of Sanibel Island had no where to escape. That's when they spotted an elderly woman with her grandson and dog, waiting at their house with no other option. Tyler, from the Coast Guard sent down an emergency basket; and instructed the crew to carefully lift the elderly woman, followed by her grandson and dog. Not only was Tyler able to save them, but countless other families who were stranded with no where to run ❤️
