About

Where should you actually strike the ground with your irons?
For a clean, compressed iron shot, the club should contact the ball first and the turf after it. Understanding where the low point of your swing needs to be — and how the club should be traveling through impact — can make a huge difference to the quality and consistency of your strike.
If inconsistent contact is costing you shots, the key is knowing what’s causing it in your swing. Take our Game Assessment through the link in our bio and we’ll help you identify what needs the most attention and where to focus your practice.
